Please, have a look at the details of my policies before booking your appointment.

• a $40 deposit is required to book an appointment, it's non-refundable but it's deducted from the total cost of the service. Please, contact us if you prefer to send the deposit by etransfer.
• Appointment can be rescheduled with 48hrs notice prior to the appointment time. If cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited
• LATE ARRIVAL: Because life happens, a 30 min grace period is offered, but please, notify us in advance if you will be late. Clients arriving after the grace period will forfeit their deposit and the appointment may be canceled
• All NO-SHOW appointment will be charged 100% of the service value
• And prepare for your appointment! Previous braids removed, hair washed, well combed and untangled
• The hair extensions are not included in the price unless otherwise specified. We carry some Xpression type hair extensions if you don't already have yours
• Please, contact us if you have any questions or need assistance to book your appointment. We will be more than happy to assist you
